Burberry Debuts First Men’s Runway Show for Fall/Winter 2021


The fauna, one of Tisci’s sources of inspiration—as well as that of the founder, Thomas Burberry—is once again revisited through prints and textiles. Deer figures inspire the silhouettes of knitted hats, while boots and sneakers with molded soles are also sculpted to look like hooves. The color palette is tonal and rich, including traditional Burberry beige, brown, ox-blood burgundy, city greys, and shades of light blue and pink. Details and decoration evoke the notion of ceremony through emblems and ornaments, symbolizing community and friendship.
