PrimeTime Home Care Agency to Host Back to School Event in Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS – PrimeTime Home Care Agency LLC is set to host an impactful Back to School event on July 26, 2025, at its location on 1729 N Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis. The event aims to alleviate some of the burdens facing families in the community by providing essential school supplies and complimentary hair care services for children.
This initiative underscores PrimeTime’s commitment to community support and engagement, especially during the critical back-to-school period when many families are preparing their children for a new academic year. Attendees can look forward to a backpack giveaway alongside free haircuts, contributing to a sense of readiness and confidence for students as they transition back to school.
In the lead-up to the event, PrimeTime Home Care is actively seeking donations of school supplies and related items. Donations can be dropped off at their headquarters at 1709 N Shadeland Ave through July 25, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. This initiative is a part of PrimeTime’s broader efforts to foster trust and transparency within the community, as articulated by Michelle Lyles, Office Manager of PrimeTime Home Care. “We emphasize trust, honesty, and transparency in all that we do,” Lyles stated. “We have a long history of giving back to our community through various initiatives, including turkey giveaways and backpack distributions.”
Under the leadership of CEO Latasha Banks-Easley, PrimeTime Home Care operates as a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited personal service agency. The agency is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized in-home care that includes personal assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to medical appointments.
Additionally, the Back to School event will feature raffle tickets for haircuts and hairstyles, generously provided by local stylists, including those from Cuts by Coleman and Craig Johnson at One Touch Fades. The agency is also in need of volunteer barbers and hairstylists to lend their expertise during the event, providing valuable services to children in attendance.
PrimeTime Home Care’s dedication to community service is further enhanced by partnerships with several local organizations, including TruJourney Home Care, Gilly’s Personal Service, TruCorp NEMT, Gentle Gentlemen Home Care, Mind Heavy Ent, PrimeTime Laboratory, and McHaven Haven.
The upcoming Back to School event represents not just a practical initiative to support families, but a continuation of PrimeTime Home Care’s mission to uplift the community and meet the needs of its most vulnerable members as they prepare for the upcoming school year. This event is a testament to the importance of collaboration and community spirit in addressing the challenges faced by families in the Indianapolis area.
